Nine people have been handcuffed by the Tirana police and 8 others have been prosecuted for various criminal offenses.
A 27-year-old man identified with the initials Sh.T., was arrested for the criminal offenses of “Fraud”, “Concealment of income” and “Forgery of documents”, after he bought iPhone 12 Pro Max mobile phones through forgery of bank invoices and iPhone 13 Pro Max, in two commercial entities.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 1 made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens:
– AD, 47 years old, because he has continuously exercised psychological violence against his wife and during the escort he did not obey the order of the police officers. During the search of the apartment, a forged document with the inscription “Police”, with its generalities, was found and seized as material evidence;
– R. Sh., 27 years old, on duty responsible for technical safety in a private company, as well as prosecuted the citizen LE, 40 years old, acting as administrator of the company, for the criminal offense “Violation of the rules of protection at work”, after in the firm where these citizens work, he fell from a height and as a result died AG citizen, 30 years old, worker;
– G. Xh., 28 years old, for the criminal offense “Organizing illegal lotteries”, because in his phone, the Police services have found programs used to place sports lotteries.
Road Traffic Specialists executed the decision to detain the citizen MQ, 45 years old, after the Court of First Instance Tirana sentenced him to two months in prison, for the criminal offense “Irregular driving.”
Also, the Traffic Specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens:
– DM, 54 years old, after driving the vehicle, he injured the pedestrian, citizen IS, 56 years old;
– KM, 18 years old, after he was caught driving the vehicle, without a driving license;
– EN, 23 years old, after he was caught driving a motor vehicle, without a driving license;
– SP, 24 years old, after being caught driving the vehicle, in a drunken state.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for the citizens:
– EH, 17 years old, for the criminal offense “Production, possession, purchase or illegal sale of cold steel”;
– BM, 33 years old; Sh. H., 47 years old and AM, 36 years old, for the criminal offense “Organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations”, “Breaking public order”, “Obstructing the circulation of vehicles” and “Air pollution” committed in cooperation. Work is underway to capture them.
– JM, 60 years old and VD, 26 years old, for the criminal offense “Threat”;
– IX, 38 years old, for the criminal offenses “Threat due to duty” and “Destruction of property”.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further procedural actions.
