Two cases of trade in pyrotechnics and fireworks have been identified today in Tirana.
19-year-old with initials A.Sh. was detained in the village of Luz i Vogël in Kavaja, after 2 boxes of fireworks with high explosive power were found in the vehicle.
In “Hamdi Pepa” street, in the warehouse owned by the citizen with initials M. Gj. 3 boxes of high explosive fireworks were found. The 57-year-old has been put under investigation.
A total of 600 high explosive fireworks were seized as material evidence.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office, for the criminal offenses “Concealment of income” and “Trade and transport of smuggled goods” for further procedural actions.
