Two people have fallen into the hands of the Gjirokastra police after being caught with doses of narcotics ready for distribution.
In the framework of the police operation codenamed “NO MORE”, the citizens EC, 30 years old, resident in Gjirokastra and HH, 36 years old, resident in Gjirokastra were arrested in flagrante delicto.
At the place called “River Bridge”, during the physical control, the EC citizen was found with several doses of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa. From the verifications performed, it resulted that this citizen was driving the vehicle, without a driving license.
During the control exercised in the apartment of the citizen EC, it was found the citizen HH, who was found with doses of suspected narcotic substance cocaine.
Further, the control by the Police services continued in the business (tobacco shop) owned by the citizen HH, where 60 doses of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa were found ready for distribution, 260 grams of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa, a scale, 22 packs of cigarettes without fiscal stamp, 6 bags of minced tobacco without fiscal stamp and 11 packs of smoked tobacco without fiscal stamp, which were seized as material evidence, together with the vehicle and 5 mobile devices.
The materials in charge of the above citizens were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance Gjirokastra, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics”, “Storage or storage of smuggled goods”, “Adaptation of premises for drug use” and “Management of vehicle irregularly ”.
