During the processing and verification of data in the system, this citizen turned out to be an internationally wanted person by UNMIK Kosovo, for the criminal offenses “Attempted Murder in Aggravating Circumstances” and “Illegal Possession of Weapons of War”, provided by the Criminal Code of Kosovo . At the end of the investigative actions, the specialists of the Sector for Investigation of Crime in DVP Kukës made his provisional arrest, with the aim of extradition to the state of Kosovo, based on the “European Convention on Extradition” of 1957.
