“5 thousand euros for release from prison”/ Details, the anonymous denunciation in SPAK that led to the arrest of the Elbasan judge

The genesis of the investigation seems to have been a document submitted to the Special Prosecutor’s Office, which, as stated in the file, is an anonymous report, without the signature of a person, without other identifying data, but only the name of the complainant, Misir Musta.

In the report, it is stated that judge Zamira Vyshka forced the family members of the defendant she had under trial to hire lawyer Ilir Pashaj as a legal defender, and the latter has already been put under arrest.

In exchange for the freedom of the defendant Xhuljo Musai, arrested for intentional serious injury, judge Vyshka and lawyer Pashaj requested the sum of 5,000 euros.

The complaint to SPAK about judge Zamira Vyshka:
“I want to give information about the notorious judge of the Elbasan court, Zamira Vyshka. This judge, as one of the most corrupt, is not stopped even by the fear of SPAK or other institutions operating in the country. She is conducting a corrupt affair with a file she currently has in hand. It is about the issue of sending to prison for the defendant Xuljo Musaj, accused of intentional serious injury and is under arrest in the detention center of Elbasan.

This defendant had a lawyer who followed the case during the review of the security measure, but now that he has received it, Kučedra Zamira Vyshka has made a condition for the party to get av. Ilir Pashaj, a former judge in Elbasan and a close friend of the judge.
Av.llir Pashaj communicates with the defendant’s uncle, known as Tani Musaj, and they met while shopping. After that, Iliri agreed with Zamira how to get the defendant out of prison. The hearing is scheduled for 30.07.2021, at 10:00 a.m. and according to the discussions that this judge has had with av.llir Pashaj, they have agreed that she will receive 5,000 euros in exchange for her freedom.

First, they have agreed that the lawyer Ilir Pashaj should not be chosen by the family members in order not to stand out in advance, but to be chosen by the defendant himself with a statement at the hearing. It is enough to verify and it will turn out that there are meetings and phone calls between av. llir Pashaj and the defendants citizen Tani Musaj. Also, they have decided that if the case will be closed with a hearing, it will give Article 59 of the Penal Code, which is the suspension of the execution of the decision, while if the case is not closed that day, it will replace the security measure in such a way that the defendant to go out and enjoy the wine, just as the defendant will enjoy it with the money he has received or is expected to receive from the defendant. It is enough to verify this case and you will see that this case is a pure corruption affair carried out by a judge whose favorite word is corruption”.
