The bodies of the victims were found Sunday by an underwater robot.
Police believe that as a result of an accident the passengers were thrown from the plane before falling into the frozen water about 1 km away from the shores of the lake.
“The bodies were found relatively close, about 300 meters from the plane, at the bottom of the lake,” local police said in a statement.
