A 37-year-old man was handcuffed by the Elbasan police after being caught with a firearm and cannabis.
Following the work for the prevention and crackdown on criminal activity in the field of narcotics and illegal possession of weapons, based on the information obtained operatively, by the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Cërrik Police Commissariat, in cooperation with DVP Elbasan, was organized and the police operation codenamed “Contact” was successfully finalized.

The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Elbasan, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Illegal possession of weapons, explosives and ammunition.”
