Citizen Fatjon Marku was declared wanted, after the Shkodra Judicial District Court, in 2018, imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics.”
Also, with the decision of 28.12.2021, the Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption has sentenced him to 14 years in prison, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics”, committed in the form of a structured criminal group, “Group of structured criminal ”,“ Illegal possession of weapons ”and“ Opposition of a public order police officer ”.
During the control exercised over him, the police found and seized a knife and 1 transceiver radio like those of the Police.
At the end of the actions, the driver of the vehicle, citizen FK, was prosecuted for the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime”.
The investigative materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Lezha Judicial District, for the criminal offenses “Production, sale, illegal possession of cold steel”, “Unlawful possession of a uniform” against the citizen Fatjon Marku and the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime” in charge of the citizen FK
