Urban and Interurban Traffic Specialists at DVP Korça, made the arrest in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense “Irregular driving”, of the citizen K. Ç., 55 years old, resident in Korça, after in the neighborhood no. 8, Korça, was caught driving an “Opel” type vehicle, in a drunken state.
