According to data from the National Operational Center for Civil Emergencies, 26 fires have been reported in the last 24 hours.
After the continuous work of the operational forces, it became possible to completely isolate and extinguish the foci:
• Goriçan village, Dimal municipality.
• Muçaj village and Marikaj village, Vorë municipality.
• Vorrozen village and neighborhood no. 5, Kavaja municipality.
• Vakuf village, Dibër municipality.
• Zinjira neighborhood, Gjirokastër municipality.
• Mursi village, Konispol municipality.
• Rranxa village and Barbullush village, Vau-Dejës municipality.
• Shirokë-Zogaj village, Vilëz village and “Dobraç” neighborhood, Shkodër municipality.
• Delaj village, Vukpalaj village and Culaj village, Malësi e Madhe municipality.
• In the Pukë administrative unit, Pukë municipality.
• Kurcelaj village, Klos municipality.
• Plocë village, Selenicë municipality.
• Veribob village, Fier municipality.
During the last 24 hours, 442 fire fighters, Armed Forces, municipal forces, police forces, employees of the Administration of Protected Areas, forest service, volunteer forces, 47 fire engines and a helicopter were engaged in the actions to extinguish the flames. The helicopter operated in the village of Ndrshen, Mirditë Municipality and in the village of Halil, Krujë Municipality.
Currently, the foci are active in:
• Ndrshan village, Mirdita municipality
• Halil village, Kruje municipality
• Velçan village, Berat municipality
• Bogë village, Malësi e Madhe municipality
• Qukës Skënderbej village, Prrenjas municipality.
Forces at the local and central level, as well as ground and air capacities, have been engaged to extinguish these outbreaks today.
