Mayor Erion Veliaj said that the new neighborhood “5 Maji” is the most beautiful postcard for the citizens of Tirana.
“The most brilliant gift that has gathered us today are the 100 new apartments. It is the recompense of an extraordinary work for all the cynics, for all the skeptics, and for all the skeptics, even for those who hindered us.
