The State Police has been committed for a week to preventing and combating crime in cracking down on cases of drug smuggling, immigrants and detaining persons circulating firearms.
According to police sources, 558 people were detained, arrested and declared wanted this week, of which 360 were prosecuted and 37 were declared wanted.
In addition, an environment for the production of cryptocurrencies has been discovered and three other criminal events have been prevented, 2 in the field of crimes against the person and 1 in the field of cultivation of narcotic plants.

- During this week, 558 people were arrested, prosecuted and declared wanted, out of which: 161 were arrested, 360 were prosecuted and 37 were declared wanted.
- A total of 27 wanted persons were apprehended, of which: 20 nationally wanted and 7 internationally wanted.
- 24 coded police operations were carried out: “Montenegro”, “Compensation”, “Crossing”, “Dajti”, “Camouflage 22”, “Taksim”, “The fate of the games” (2 cases), “Zmeja”, “Trinomi” , “Last Game”, “Laskaj”, “Bitcoin”, “Led 2”, “Serial”, “Derveni”, “Prevention”, “Road Guard 9”, “Griqan 2022”, “Pure Vjosa”, “Ëaves ”,“ Silence 2 ”,“ Perimeter ”and“ Restart 5 ”.
- In the field of illegal possession of weapons, 11 cases were identified and hit.
- 8 firearms, 1 sport weapon, 4 knives, 6 metal fist gloves, metal rod, sounding pistol and ammunition were seized.
- Also seized were 105 kg of cannabis, 49,180 cannabis seeds, 4 electronic scales, quantities of cocaine and heroin, 10 vehicles, 17 mobile phones, chips and significant amounts of money.
- In terms of preventing the cultivation of narcotic plants, 5 closed premises were identified, which served for the cultivation of narcotic plants, by means of lamps, 1 other case in the open, as well as some cases of sequestration of cannabis seeds.

- 3 criminal events were prevented, 2 in the field of crimes against the person and 1 in the field of cultivation of narcotic plants.
- 50 cases of environmental crimes have been identified and hit, 6 cases of gambling have been hit, 31 cases in the field of narcotics, 29 cases in the field of economic crime, 11 cases of theft of electricity, 9 cases of employee opposition of the Police, as well as 53 cases of domestic violence have been legally prosecuted.
- 19 cases of arson have been solved, with 19 perpetrators, of which: 1 arrested, 17 prosecuted and 1 wanted.
Road police:
- During this week, 315 driving licenses were suspended, of which: 215 for speeding, 78 for driving under the influence of alcohol or drunk and 22 for driving in the opposite direction.
- 45 drivers were arrested, out of which: 35 for drunk driving and 10 for driving without a license.
- 13,856 administrative measures have been imposed and 3 cases of active corruption against employees exercising public functions have been hit.
Border police:
- During this week, 7 wanted persons were apprehended, of which 4 in national search and 3 in international search.
- 8 persons were prosecuted for the criminal offense “Illegal border crossing”, 2 persons for the criminal offense “Assistance in illegal border crossing”, as well as 4 persons for the criminal offense “Falsification of documents”.
- 2 cases of bribery, 1 case of smuggling of medical drugs and 2 cases of drug trafficking were hit.
The State Police is engaged in the control of the territory, in order to prevent and crack down on crimes against person and property, cultivation of narcotic plants, arson and lawlessness in general, as well as organized crime in particular.
